Tom Walsh will not make it through the whole season as the offensive coordinator.

I am 100% with you on the deadbeats that are the Raiders coaching staff. It looked like Art Shell got replaced halfway through the 1st quarter with a wax figure. I don't think I saw him say a word, it was just that dumbfounded look the whole time. OK, your O-line is getting killed out there, how about you make some adjustments? Swing passes to the RB you ignored, maby? Draw plays, screen passes, 3 step drops and quick throws to the wide outs? I don't think there was a chance for the Raiders to win that game, but with some form of competency in the coaching booth could have made them competitive. I'm not about to drop Jordan or Moss, it's just that now I've got the sinking feeling that this is going to be a looooong year. At least I was lucky and got Gore in round 3 as my RB2...

I was at the game last night, and the O-Line was putrid, at best. Matters will not improve i week 2 @ Balt. With that being said, Dalton is right; hold on to Jordan and hopefully the line will improve.

P.S.-I take back everything I have ever said about Norv Turner and Kerry Collins.

Addai def. looked like the best of the worst, and like you said, it stands to reason he'll improve as his experience increases. As for how long until he fully takes over, your guess is as good as mine, but the main thing is counting on it happening, which I def. see by mid-season. Defensive schemes will have to play their safeties back against that pass offense, so more running room is bound to happen.

Keith - While I urged not to overreact in most cases, that Oakland performance was too bad to ignore. Their O-line was truly pathetic. It's time to start calling Robert Gallery a "bust." It's hard to tell, but the coaching staff may be even worse than the O-line. To say Tom Walsh was out of his league is an understatement. SD has a real good front-seven, but how about trying a 3-step drop once?

With that said, you've got to hold onto Jordan/Moss, as you would be selling low at this point. The Walsh offensive philosophy calls for more TE usage and fewer passes to the running backs, the biggest concern for all Jordan owners. He was targeted only once the entire game, a game in which an outlet would have been very useful, so that is something to worry about.

As bad as they looked, I still say Jordan and Moss make fine RB2 and WR2, respectively. But I did have higher hopes for Jordan than most, and Week 1 was certainly discouraging.

That Raiders performance was one of the worst I've ever seen. I truly hope there are better days ahead, as I've gotten Jordan and Moss in a couple leagues. Is their O-line really that bad??

How long until Addai takes over? The colts run game did look bad, but Addai looked like the best of the worst, and I'd imagine he has more room to actually improve.

Simms is soft...that TB offensive performance was horrific.....I never expected Branch to really get traded, wow, and to a team loaded with WR's.
