Bet on It
By Dalton Del Don - Senior Writer
I went 9-6-1 last week to bring my overall season record to a sparkling 84-67-9. My picks are due earlier this week with the Thanksgiving games and all, but hopefully they won’t suffer as a result. Onto Week 12’s action:
Packers -3.5 at Lions
Jets +14 at Cowboys
Colts -12 at Falcons
Bills +7.5 at Jaguars
Texans +3.5 at Browns
Vikings +7.5 at Giants
Saints -3 at Panthers
Raiders +5.5 at Chiefs
Seahawks -3 at Rams
Titans -1 at Bengals
Redskins +3 at Buccaneers
49ers +10.5 at Cardinals
Broncos +1.5 at Bears
Ravens +9.5 at Chargers
Eagles +22 at Patriots
Dolphins +16 at Steelers
Best Bet: Cowboys
Comments: The Jets are coming off an emotional, overtime victory over the Steelers as big underdogs. They now travel during a short week to face one of the three best teams in the NFL. Dallas has both a potent offense and stout run defense, so Kellen Clemens is going to have to put up around 20 points to even think about covering this spread. Go ahead and sleep off that tryptophan, this game will be a blowout by halftime.

Kritter straight nailed the full slate of Turkey Day games! 3-0 and the week has only just begun. Robby couldn’t beat him with a stick.
Here’s a masterlock for this week: You have to take the Saints over the cardiac cats. Drew Brees is looking to inflect some pain.

I love my Carolina pick. That was one of the easier games of the week for me. The Saints shouldn’t be road favorites over any team not named the 49ers.

Unless Vinny gets hurt (he did) and David Carr starts (he might), then you may have me.

Walt Weiss called it! Before the game was even played.

Really, so how’d that game end? I stopped paying attention when the Saints were up 31 to 6. Did Carolina not cover?
If only Vinny Testaverde had been there!

Testaverde is wayy better than David Carr. No way I would have picked Carolina had I known he was starting. But anyway, that’s the way it goes. You got me Walt!

Kritter-I want you inside me.
