I know it was just part of one early preseason game and all, but what did you think of Rodgers’ longball ability? I didn’t watch the whole thing, but I saw a pretty poorly thrown ball to a wide open James Jones, and a deep out which he threw to his receiver’s wrong shoulder and which probably would have been picked against a stud corner. But overall, I guess I’m enthused.

Well, like I mentioned in the article, the one deep ball to a wide open J. Jones was off (not by much). But he def. has arm strength. I was honestly pretty impressed by his ability to stand in the pocket under pressure and deliver throws. Of course, the TD pass was mostly Jones’ doing. Still, I’d be enthused if I were you. But of course there’s a long ways to go.

How dare you insult the great JT O’Sullivan! It’ll be really strange if somehow the QB for most of my college years at Davis winds up at the helm of my ‘9ers. That’s a scenario I would have never imagined back in the day.
Thank God the Freak’s knee is OK.

Hey, I gave O’Sullivan an upgrade! For the second (preseason) year in a row too!
